Wilhelm Joubert began his career after completing his studies Elsenburg and gaining experience at Boschendal.
In 2006, he joined Hartenberg Wine Estate, where Wilhelm spearheaded the farm’s change from conventional farming to Regenerative Viticulture, conceptualizing, managing, and implementing the estate’s regenerative practices. Widely recognized as the Pioneer of Regenerative Viticulture in South Africa, Wilhelm has dedicated his career to advancing soil health and championing regenerative vineyard practices.
