Dirk Mouton is the Farm Manager and Viticulturist at Rust en Vrede, overseeing the estate’s vineyards, gardens, and overall farm management. He is responsible for vineyard management and replantings, soil preparation and health, canopy management, crop control, and harvesting - ensuring that each block performs to its highest potential. From the vineyards to the hydrangeas that frame the estate, Dirk’s hands-on approach underpins the quality and character of every vintage.
