Nongcebo "Noni" Langa, the winemaker at Delheim Wine Estate, has been at the winery full-time since 2019, being promoted from assistant winemaker to winemaker in May 2022.
“Nongcebo has proven herself time and time again, showing not only her winemaking leadership skill, but talent and deep insight over the past four vintages at Delheim. It is now time for her to express herself in a more senior position,” says Roelof Lotriet, cellarmaster at Delheim.
Passionate about education, she holds a Master's degree in Oenology from the University of Stellenbosch. She has also completed The Business of Wine course from the UCT Graduate School Of Business, as well as the prominent wine judging course with Michael Fridjhon.
