The wine service training provided by Jean-Vincent Ridon during Grape to Glass was a highlight for me - eye-opening to learn more about correct sequences. The experience with the water sommelier was enlightening as I didn’t even know that something like that exists! I also loved our visit to Durbanville Hills. Their Sauvignon Blanc is one of my favourite wines.
