I’m currently focusing on bettering my wine knowledge by studying the information on Winefolly.com and contained in WSET Level 2 reading material.
The stand-out experience for me of Grape to Glass was our visit to Durbanville Hills - I loved hearing the winemakers speak about their passion and tasting such terroir-driven wines. The food and wine pairing lunch as also an eye-opening experience. I’m so honoured and excited to be participating in this competition!
