Olives - A range of fine products

22 hectare of olives and 400 hectares dedicated to the Bonsmara cattle herd, has been owned and run by the Bianco family, who originally come from Piedmont, Italy.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
An excellent quality olive oil with a mild, slightly bitter – lemon grassy palate, are made from a blend of Manzanilla, Leccino and Mission olives.
Extra virgin quality and purity of product is guaranteed.

OLIVES IN BRINE
Naturally fermented olives which are grown as close to organic procedures as possible. Packed in a brine solution with our selection of herbs.

DRIED OLIVES
We dry a specific flavourful olive cultivar for this purpose which is then packed in olive oil and herbs. Excellent with antipasti, mild or strong cheese and some of our Dry Muscat.

OLIVE TAPENADE
An excellent spread – as is on biscuits or with cheese or even in cooking. Produced from pickled olives with a selection of spices, herbs and olive oil.
