about the harvest: Fruit were hand picked at 25º Balling.

in the cellar : The juice was fermented at 28ºC for 7 days, followed by an average of 5 days extended skin contact. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. The wine was barrel matured for 13 months, 20% in first fill French oak, 20% in second fill American oak and 60% in second fill French oak. A light egg white fining preceded a fine sheet filtration, followed by bottling.
