  • Cabernet Sauvignon: Very typical Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon. Allot of dark fruit on the nose with spice, leather and pencil shaving. Bold and concentrated on the palate with chalky tannin and a long, lingering finish. This wine can be enjoyed now or can be aged for at least 10 years.
  • Cellar Selection Merlot: An elegant wine that shows loads of soft red fruit and ripe plums on both the nose and palate. This is complemented by hints of spice and other savoury notes.
  • Pinotage: This is a very elegant expression of Pinotage. On the bouquet there are notes of ripe, red fruit with floral tones and hints of lavender. The flavours follow through on the palate.
  • Chardonnay: This is a really vibrant and lively wine bursting with aromas of green melon and Bartlett pear. These flavours follow onto an elegant palate with some white peach and an oyster shell-like minerality intermingled with a citrusy raciness.
  • Chenin Blanc Bush Vines: Aromas of ripe pineapple and guava jump out of the glass. This is followed by a rich and ripe palate, beautifully balanced by lemon-lime freshness on the back palate
  • Sauvignon Blanc: This wine is a fantastic expression of Sauvignon Blanc, with an intense bouquet of passion fruit and melon backed up by notes of nettle and fresh green asparagus. These flavours follow through on the rich textured palate that has a zesty minerality that also comes through on the lingering finish. The depth and balance of this wine mean that one would get great enjoyment from drinking it on its own, however, it will truly come to life when enjoyed with summer fare.
