Natasha Williams is currently working at Hasher Family Vineyards in Hemel en Aarde and makes wine for her own brand Lelie van Saron
She grew up in Saron, a small village in the Swartland and also studied Viticulture and Oenology at Stellenbosch University. While part of the Bosman team, in 2016 she completed a harvest under Merry Edwards, an acclaimed winemaker in the Russian River valley, honing her skills with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. She was awarded an International Wine Challenge scholarship in 2017 to further her studies through the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) which is a global organisation that arranges courses and exams in the fields of wine and spirits. Natasha took over the winemaking responsibilities for the Lelienfontein cellar in 2019.
