Regan Theodore, cellar-assistant at Vergenoegd, Stellenbosch, was a finalist in the SA Cellar Worker Programme in 2009, as well as in 2016.
This achievement had a significant influence on his life. His confidence increased and he is consequently able to take more responsibilities.
The training Regan received motivates him. He takes pride in being a cellar worker and his passion for his work is evident.
Regan is an active participant in the Circle of Excellence.
