Daniel Nel is the sixth generation distiller at Boplaas Family Vineyards.
Daniel Nel joined the family business in 2017 to spearhead Boplaas's spirit range and breathe new life into the tradition of distilling craft spirits in Calitzdorp. He studied Investments and Securities at Stellenbosch University.
Daniel combines the best of history and innovation in his pursuit to produce some of South Africa’s finest spirits which are widely recognised and critically acclaimed.
