WHITE WINES
Sauvignon Blanc
An elegant yet crisp wine with ripe gooseberry flavours which is backed by tropical fruits and a hint of grassiness with a lingering aftertaste. This wine is an ideal companion to line fish, lightly flavoured poultry dishes or as a summer patio wine.
Pinot Grigio
An ideal sipping wine for a warm day, excellent served with light salads and cold meats.
Shiraz-Rosé
An ideal Summer sipping wine which is coral-hued in colour and has aromas of strawberries on the nose and hints of dried herbs in the background. A soft and rich wine which can be enjoyed on its own or with pastas and seafood dishes.
RED WINES
Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot
An easy-drinking, medium-bodied wine with soft tannins. Aromas of strawberries and ripe fruit follow on a succulent palate of berry fruits and ripe tannins.
Pinot Noir
Excellently served with red meat, game and pasta dishes.
Shiraz
A lively ruby, medium-bodied wine with aromas of berries and spices on the nose, and ripe fruit backed by soft tannins on the palate. Ready to drink now but will improve with further maturation.
