Three Halves 2007 (2 bottles)
This exclusive Rhône style blend is driven by Mourvèdre ie at least ½ of the blend and the other two halves
are carefully filled with Grenache and Syrah - hence 3 halves!
The overriding requirement being that the blend of the 'Three Halves' is greater than the sum of the parts.
Syrah Grenache 2002 (2 bottles)
Delicious now, some intense elegant fruit, with spicy hints of nutmeg, plum fruit and pepper on the finish.
Serve with stews, full flavoured homely meals, confit of duck, barbeque, or with a Sunday roast.
Chenin Blanc 2007 (2 bottles)
This wine is a great example of the harmonious balance which can be achieved between fruit and
delicate oak/vanilla flavours, with sufficient body to enhance spicy and full flavoured meals.
Can be served with a variety of spicy dishes, full flavoured fish or chicken dishes.
Ideal with crayfish, prawns. A true benchmark for relaxed enjoyment!.
