LOURENSFORD HONEY LIQUEUR COCKTAILS
Variety of Cocktails made with the popular Lourensford Honey Liqueur.
HONEY MOJITO
Ingredients:
50ml Honey Liqueur
8-12 Mint Leaves
2 slices Lemon
10ml Lemon juice
Method:
Muddle mint,
Lemon slices with Honey liqueur, build other ingredients add crushed ice

Garnish:
Mint Sprig
HONEY BADGER
Ingredients:
2 Scoops of rich vanilla ice cream
2 Ripe bananas
125ml Honey Liqueur
Dash of freshly grated nutmeg
Dash of Vanilla Syrup
(1 Part Red Heart Rum optional)
Method:
Add all ingredients to blender.
Add crushed ice. Blend and pour.

Garnish:
Grated Mint, Chocolate, Chopped Almonds and Cherry.
PEANUT HONEY MARTINI
Ingredients:
1 Part Vodka
2 Parts Honey Liqueur
1 Scoop Peanut Butter
Method:
Shake with ice & Strain.
Peanut Butter must dissolve.Pour.
Glass:

BEEKEEPERS STING
Ingredients:
5 Parts Honey Liqueur
2 Parts Tequila
1 Part Pure Lemon Juice
Method:
Shake and Strain. Serve on the rocks.

Garnish:
Grated Lemon skin and Mint Leaves
BUMBLEBEE
Ingredients:
1 Part Chocolate Liqueur
2 Parts Honey Liqueur
Method:
Pour in order listed.
Glass:
Shooter

QUEEN BEE
Ingredients:
3 Parts Honey Liqueur
½ Part Peppermint Liqueur
2 Parts Hazelnut Syrup
Method:
Use well chilled liqueur and pour carefully in order listed. They should float on top of each other.
Serve as a shot

1/3 Part Jagermeister
2/3 Parts Honey Liqueur
Method:
Muddle , Shake
and strain pour over ice

75ml Absolute Vodka
25ml Honey Liqueur

Stir and Strain
