Our winemaking philosophy is to apply non interventionist winemaking principles whenever possible. Top quality grapes are sourced from low yielding vineyards, traditional wine making methods are followed, creating brands which will consistently deliver “real wine” in a branded format. Reds enjoy a period of maceration on the skins to extract rich colour & tannins, whilst whites are left on the lees prior to bottling to develop extra complexity. The result: wines with elegance and length, archetypal examples of the grape and terroir.
