The Cellar

Asara’s cellar was originally the old manor house on the estate but was transformed into the wine cellar in 1953. Some of the original old cement fermentation tanks can still be seen today.

The cellar has been continuously upgraded in recent years, and today is equipped to combine the best of both traditional and modern methods of wine making, and to ensure the softest possible handling of the grapes, and ultimately the production of magnificent wines that reflect Asara’s exceptional terroir.
