The Two Oceans vineyards are influenced by cooling sea breezes and mists that can lower summer afternoon temperatures to slow down ripening, ensure a refreshing acidity and intensify fruit flavours.
The warm African sun, however, allows for sugar accumulation and flavour development. They work together to create beautifully balanced grapes that translate into lively, delicious and approachable wines.
