The Harvest

Harvested with loving care

To sustain the superior calibre of the vineyard and its harvest, yields per hectare are kept low. Night harvesting was introduced in 1986 in the belief that the quality and subtle flavours, which Bon Courage wines are known for, are retained when the grapes are cool at crushing. This, combined with the modernisation of the cellar and the acquisition of state-of-the-art equipment and cellar technology has resulted in the Estate being a thoughtfully managed, carefully orchestrated wine-producing operation.
