Colour:  Deep ruby red.
Nose:  Freshly ground black pepper, caramel toffee, ripe dark red fruit and sweet oriental spice.
Taste:  An elegant full-bodied wine with Christmas fruit cake and hints of vanilla. The wine is well- rounded with well-integrated acidity and a lingering aftertaste.

Webersburg Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Light straw colour, the wine reflects a tropical climate vineyard site. The wine expresses initial notes of Pineapple, Honeybush and Fynbos on the nose with enticing fruit-driven flavours that follow through seamlessly onto the palate. The wine opens up while it spends time in the glass, making this a very complex wine. The wine is youthful, elegant, and fresh with a beautiful, juicy tropical finish.
