Colour: Ruby red
Aroma: A well-integrated bouquet of dark chocolate, cedar, pencil shavings, cigar box, with fleshy red plums.
Taste: A rich, full-bodied wine with a ripe, well-integrated tannin structure, accompanied by plums and dark fruit, and notes on the bouquet following through on the palate with a lingering aftertaste.
37% Merlot, 27% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Malbec, 9% Cabernet Franc, 9% Petit, Verdot.

Breakfast cereal might snap, crackle and pop, but so do the lively bubbles on this fizz! Yeasty biscuit notes and light citrus marmalade can be found on the nose and palate of this vibrant, energetic bubbly. Initially zesty and lively, it then morphs into a rich, sophisticated toasty, creamy and rounded mouthful with light honeyed lees notes. Rewarding, tasty and flavourful, it balances freshness and liveliness with complexity and structure. Altogether, an appeal mouthful.

DaschBosch Charmat Rosé

The wine is bursting with strawberries and cream. But it’s not just all fruit: there is a slight praline nuttiness in the background, which gives the wine some complexity. On the palate it is crisp and crunch and still full of red fruits. It is both easy drinking yet structured and serious enough to make a fine apéritif.

Ruby garnet in colour. The wine shows nuances of tea-leaf and mint on a spicy nose. Palate is medium and smooth with a leathery note followed through onto a juicy red berry finish. The wine is well developed, but still youthful and very elegant. The finish is juicy and smooth with lingering flavours of red berry bliss. Soft and linear tannin structure with fine oak nuances towards a bold vibrant finish. A true expression of our exceptional Helderberg Cabernet Sauvignon and Webersburg Heritage.
