Tinta Barocca    Simonsberg-Stellenbosch

Muratie Ben Prins Cape Vintage 2017

On the nose, floral notes of violets and roses entice along with Christmas spice and plum pudding. Each sip is deeply rich, with flavours ranging from Kirsch-macerated black cherries to dark chocolate-enrobed hazelnuts. There are also savoury undertones - truffles and tobacco - with brisk acidity and warming alcohol in harmony with lithely powerful structure. Seamlessly wine should reward contemplation for at least another two decades.

Sauvignon Blanc    Western Cape

Bruce Jack Sauvignon Blanc Can Case

The point of difference results from carefully blending premium Sauvignon Blanc vineyards from different areas. The cool climate component from the Cape South Coast lends this wine intense crunchy green apple and lemon grass. The riper components provide juicy white peach and touch of citrus.

Bruce Jack Pinotage Malbec

Many believe the best Pinotage in the world comes from the Breedekloof valley. It is certainly one of the most awarded varieties from this area. We love the fresh, intense cherry and dark chocolate aromas. The juicy soft palate is framed by warming vanilla and touch of oak.

Pinotage goes surprisingly well with sushi. Try it. Thai food is a natural partner as is barbequed meats, particularly game.
