Waterford Heatherleigh NV

The wine showcases perfumed notes of apricots and Muscat, resulting from a back blending of barrels in our Solera system. It offers a delightful infusion of depth, aged richness, and vibrant youthfulness. Careful blending and selection ensure low alcohol and low residual sugar content, creating a distinct character that pairs beautifully with Waterford Rose Geranium chocolate. Best served chilled.

Chamonix Sauvignon Blanc 2025

The Sauvignon Blanc has a light lemon colour with greenish highlights, The wine shows a strong core of minerality with a flinty elegance on the nose with scents reminiscent of tropical fruits and hints of goosberry. Lightly bodied with a bright acidity.

Durbanville Hills Merlot Rosé 2025

Colour: Coral pink
Nose: A fuller styled rosé with a bouquet of rose petals, candy floss, strawberries and fresh nectarines. Subtle hints of guava fruit roll are complimented by cranberry notes.
Taste: The aromas carry through to the fruit- forward palate with prominent nectarines, Turkish delight, rose and lingering red berries.  The wine is full and well-rounded width a balance acidity and a rich and creamy mounthfeel, reminiscent of strawberries and cream.

Perdeberg The Vineyard Collection Pinotage 2024

Colour: Medium red
Bouquet: Prunes, cherries, and ripe berry notes with hints of vanilla oak.
Taste: The palate is filled with ripe fruit and elegant tannins with a long aftertaste.

This uniquely South African cultivar is a cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsault. Pinotage produces excellent-quality wines under warm growing conditions.
