The underlying chalk and slate notes confirm the cool climate origin of the grapes, Elgin. The palate is pristine and precise, with a fine texture from extended lees contact. The finish is long and lingering, culminating in a fruity aftertaste with delicate hints of saline.

A unique blend in its class with the use of Italian and Spanish grape varietals. Nose: A fuller styled rosé with a bouquet of rose petals, candy floss, strawberries and fresh nectarines. Subtle hints of guava fruit roll are complimented by cranberry notes.
