Amber with a burgundy undertone. Mulberries, vanilla, glazed cherries and dried fruit with cinnamon, cedar wood and mint in the background. Raspberries and cherry fruit cake, milky chocolate, vanilla and subtle hints of thyme. Smooth and full bodied with lingering fruit and well integrated oak.

Merlot and Cabernet Franc form a classic combination, as found in some of the world’s most celebrated wines. The Shiraz contributes elegance to the palate, while a small percentage of Petit Verdot adds color, spice, and complexity to the blend. Aromas of black berries and plums are dominant, with subtle sweet notes of fruitcake and dark toffee in the background. Cloves and integrated roasted oak notes are also present. The palate is medium-bodied with soft, lively tannins and a lingering berry finish.

On the nose, it has lively aromas of zesty lime, complemented by yellow fruit, blackcurrant, gooseberries, ripe asparagus, guava, and custard apple. On the palate, tantalising, zesty lime is accompanied by blackcurrant and pink guavas that linger, ending with mouthwatering acidity.
