This evolves to incorporate a complex melange of lemongrass, petrichor and subtle blackcurrant leaf. The palate is bright and refreshing with a focussed tension that suggests longevity and a characteristic oyster shell salinity.

This wine displays a vibrant straw colour. Aromas of lemon curd, limeskin, oatmeal and toasted almonds emanate from the glass. The wine enters the palate with bold, ripe yellow citrus flavours leading to a creamy mid-palate. There is a continuous saline focus and feeling of freshness throughout that suggests this wine will age beautifully for at least a decade.

This wine has a deep almost black core with a purple rim. The nose leads with notes of whole purple fig, cigar box, salted liquorice and violet perfume. The palate is classy and refined with rich dark fruit and a silky mid-palate. The wine leaves one with an appealing chalky finish and subtle hint of red pepper kernel.

The wine has stunning depth of colour with an intense garnet centre and a ruby rim. The nose showcases complex aromas of dried tobacco leaf, subtle violet flower, dried currants, baking spice and graphite. The wine enters the palate with incredible purity and focus. Flavours are those of dark cherries, blackberries and ripe plum skin. Sumptuous and full there is a hint of spice on the mid-palate which leads to fine yet dense tannins and a lengthy finish.

The palate has a beautiful silky texture - testament to it being barrel aged on the lees – and a refreshingly dry finish.

The wine has a blush pink colour with a vibrant core. The nose is a medley of sweet ripe red berries including fresh strawberries and cranberries with alluring rosewater undertones. The palate is fresh and crisp and bursts with juicy berry flavours. There is a delicate acidity (not tart) on the mid-palate which focusses flavours and keeps the wine refreshing.

This young Cabernet displays an impressively perfumed nose with subtle potpourri and cassis notes, violets and hints of lavender. Classic minerality is tightly interwoven with attractive blackberry nuances and expressive graphite undertones. The palate is lithe and particularly rich with a polished, luxurious finish. There is already impressive complexity coupled with a modicum of classical restraint.
