The palate harmoniously complements the aromatics with a well-balanced touch. Wrapped in velvety tannins that lend fullness and complemented by natural acidity, which imparts vibrancy and elegance to the enduring mineral finish. The wine presents a classic dry profile, palate generosity, and a texture that fully embodies its heritage.

Durbanville Hills Merlot Rosé 2025

Colour: Coral pink
Nose: A fuller styled rosé with a bouquet of rose petals, candy floss, strawberries and fresh nectarines. Subtle hints of guava fruit roll are complimented by cranberry notes.
Taste: The aromas carry through to the fruit- forward palate with prominent nectarines, Turkish delight, rose and lingering red berries.  The wine is full and well-rounded width a balance acidity and a rich and creamy mounthfeel, reminiscent of strawberries and cream.

Waterford Estate Chardonnay Single Vineyard 2022

The nose shows a refined minerality, layered with stone fruit, melon, and delicate green olive leaf notes. Subtle citrus blossom and honeysuckle add aromatic lift to the wine. On the palate, the body reveals a flinty, focused character, with white peach and nectarine notes taking centre stage. The oak is integrated and gentle, bringing depth without overshadowing the fruit. A chalky, mineral texture carries through to the finish, underpinned by vibrant acidity that brings balance and length.
