The wine shows bright straw yellow colours with golden highlights and ample aromas in scents that recall tropical fruits and grapefruit, mingling with hints of oatmeal, caramel and nutmeg. Medium­ bodied with richly complex fruit flavours.

Chamonix Greywacke Pinotage 2022

The Greywacke Pinotage has a deep garnet red colour with tinges of dark violet when young. The bouquet is complex with scents recalling wild berries, spice and cherries. On the palate the wine shows full body and rich dark chocolate with fruit flavours, balanced elegantly by tannins, with a long and lingering finish that reveals a sweetness reminiscent of liquorice.

Durbanville Hills Cape Honey Bee Noble Late Harvest 2023

Colour: Light lemon.
Nose: A lively mix of dried apricots, guava rolls, sundried oranges, mango, ripe figs and sultanas
Taste: The aromas carry through to the palate with a lively medley of dried fruit and a subtle, lingering blackcurrant sweetness on the finish. Ripe peaches, green fig preserve and guava complement the array of dried fruit and give a fruit-forward length to the wine.

This wine consists of a blend of the best wines from the vintage. Spicy and perfumy Syrah from Cape Agulhas is blended with fruity and creamy Syrah from Franschhoek. Petit Sirah is added for intensity and colour, while Viognier contributes extra floral perfume. The wine is aged in 600-litre barrels from trusted coopers for an extended time to add character, stability, and depth. Full of aroma with rich elegance and a lasting presence on the finish.
