Waterford Estate Grenache Single Vineyard 2023

A bright ruby hue hints at the vibrant fruit within. The nose is more restrained than the previous vintage, offering a savoury, meaty richness layered with candied red fruit and subtle earthy undertones. On the palate, juicy raspberries and concentrated red fruit take centre stage, supported by textured, earthy tannins. Whole-bunch pressing adds tension and structure, while lifting the body and providing freshness through balanced acidity. A poised and complex wine, with intensity and elegance in equal measure.

Durbanville Hills Merlot Rosé 2025

Colour: Coral pink
Nose: A fuller styled rosé with a bouquet of rose petals, candy floss, strawberries and fresh nectarines. Subtle hints of guava fruit roll are complimented by cranberry notes.
Taste: The aromas carry through to the fruit- forward palate with prominent nectarines, Turkish delight, rose and lingering red berries.  The wine is full and well-rounded width a balance acidity and a rich and creamy mounthfeel, reminiscent of strawberries and cream.

Appearance: Deep purple colour.

Bouquet & Palate: Nose of dark ripe berries and meaty spice, typical of the varietal. Palate shows spice with savory rather than fruity flavours. The wine finishes with coriander and pepper - a nice long aftertaste.
