While immediately approachable, this wine will continue to evolve gracefully with careful cellaring for three to five years.

True to the Pebble Hill signature, this vintage opens with a vibrant nose of sweet spice, red fruit, and a touch of vanilla. Mediterranean varieties in the blend bring lifted acidity and brightness, enhancing the wine’s energy and freshness. Beneath the plush fruit lies a coating structure that adds texture and elegance. Amber with a burgundy undertone. Mulberries, vanilla, glazed cherries and dried fruit with cinnamon, cedar wood and mint in the background. Raspberries and cherry fruit cake, milky chocolate, vanilla and subtle hints of thyme. Smooth and full bodied with lingering fruit and well integrated oak.

Raka Erica Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

Erica Cabernet Sauvignon is remarkable and in balance from start to finish! Aromas of blackcurrant, mulberry, cassis with a slight undertone of eucalyptus and earthiness. The fruit is bold and fresh enough to counter three years of new French barrels, the French oak add a whiff of tobacco and barrel spice to the nose. The palate reveals lively plum and juicy berries with structured acidity. Earthiness and spicy from the oak with smokiness and integrated tannins.
