Colour: Bright lemon yellow with a lively green tint.
Nose: Upfront and prominent aromas of golden delicious apples, peach blossoms, citrus complimented by short bread biscuits.
Taste: This is a citrus-driven wine with flavours of pineapple and peaches showing subtle sweet wood flavours that ends with a mineral and saline finish. The wine shows great aging potential and displays a well-balanced acidity with a delicate bubbles and fine mousse.

In the glass, La Motte La Famille Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a delicate straw colour with a slight green tinge. Intense gooseberry and lime aromas on the nose find harmony in nuances of dried grass. The mouthfeel is supple but vibrant with plenty of fresh lemon and winter melon flavours that linger on the palate. While the acidity is lower than previous vintages, the wine's refreshing character and low residual sugar ensure it to be beautifully balanced.

Aromas of black berries and plums are dominant, with subtle sweet notes of fruitcake and dark toffee in the background. Cloves and integrated roasted oak notes are also present. The palate is medium-bodied with soft, lively tannins and a lingering berry finish.
