Hazendal Pinot Noir 2020

Juicy plum, raspberry and strawberry notes are complimented by earthy notes of mushroom and pencil shavings. A savoury wine with a smoky undertone. The tannins are fine and elegant with a lengthy enduring finish. Medium Ruby in colour.

A soft and elegant wine with a nose of fynbos, blueberries, and black cherries. On the palate the wine delivers lithe berry flavours, with a hint of tobacco and dried herbs on the finish. The natural acidity and elegant tannin structure will allow maturation over the next 3-5 years. Enjoy this wine on its own or pair with grilled lamb. For a vegetable alternative enjoy with hearty mushroom dishes, and chargrilled winter vegetables flavoured with rosemary

The Gypsy 2017

A very concentrated, focused blend with layers of deep fruit. The character is expectedly somewhat  “wild” a little brambly with hints of nutmeg, cinnamon, dark spices, with vanilla scents and a distinct, concentrated red-fruit focus. Great for laying down and keeping for at least ten years but already rewarding if allowed to breathe in a decanter.
71% Grenache, 27% Syrah & 2% Mourvèdre

Kleine Zalze Family Reserve Chardonnay 2025

Only the very best expressions of Chardonnay are selected for this wine. Focus is placed on blending components that are not necessarily obviously pungent and fruity, but rather those that are intensely and elegantly structured, promising fantastic ageability. On the nose there is a delicate balance of minerality with bursts of grapefruit pith, underpinned by subtle nuances of oak. The rounded, almost waxy, texture is punctuated by a distinct upfront grip and a finish reminiscent of Jasmine flowers and crushed oyster shells.

Erica Cabernet Sauvignon is remarkable and in balance from start to finish! Aromas of blackcurrant, mulberry, cassis with a slight undertone of eucalyptus and earthiness. The fruit is bold and fresh enough to counter three years of new French barrels, the French oak add a whiff of tobacco and barrel spice to the nose. The palate reveals lively plum and juicy berries with structured acidity. Earthiness and spicy from the oak with smokiness and integrated tannins.

Balanced acidity delivers a fresh, dry finish with a touch of herbaceous complexity.
