The nose is more restrained than the previous vintage, offering a savoury, meaty richness layered with candied red fruit and subtle earthy undertones. On the palate, juicy raspberries and concentrated red fruit take centre stage, supported by textured, earthy tannins. Whole-bunch pressing adds tension and structure, while lifting the body and providing freshness through balanced acidity. A poised and complex wine, with intensity and elegance in equal measure.

Aroma: A well-integrated bouquet of dark chocolate, cedar, pencil shavings, cigar box, with fleshy red plums.
Taste: A rich, full-bodied wine with a ripe, well-integrated tannin structure, accompanied by plums and dark fruit, and notes on the bouquet following through on the palate with a lingering aftertaste.

Gentle pomegranate nuances complete a beautifully layered and elegant nose.

PALATE Lively and refreshing, with a vibrant balance of acidity and fruit creating a clean, elegant mouthfeel. Flavours of raspberry, cranberry, and fresh red berries follow through seamlessly, framed by zesty grapefruit notes. Six weeks of lees contact contribute subtle texture and structural finesse, leading to a long, refreshing finish with lingering hints of rose petal and Turkish delight.
