Bosman Wine Club Weisser Riesling 2021

Lemons, applies, spice and pressed flowers with a hint of minerals on the nose. Luscious and concentrated although medium-bodied. The aromas on the nose through to the palate, accentuated by the residual sugar.

This is truely a food friendly wine, it's vibrant acidity is a good foil for rich, spicy dishes.
