in the vineyard : The grapes for this wine were mainly harvested from Leeuwenkuil farm in Agter Paarl.

about the harvest: Shiraz was harvested in the second and third week of February 2019.

in the cellar : The grapes were destalked and fermented in tanks with French oak staves, with malolactic and maturation being completed on staves.
