1998 Nederburg Elegance is a blend of three muscat varietals; Muscat Ottonel, Muscat Frontignon and Muscat Morio as well as a small percentage of Weisser Riesling. The fruity spicy muscat aromas leads to a fresh palate and a soft lingering aftertaste. The complex and varying characters of the Muscat family are reflected in this wine and it shows a great harmony and continuation of flavours from the nose to the palate. Enjoy with duck, roast chicken, mild curry, egg dishes and mild spicy dishes.
