Nose: Showing ripe, red fruits – prunes, raspberries and tart red cherries with some strawberry jam confectionery. Suggestions of warm baked bread and shortcake.
Palate: Off-dry with full fruitcake flavours chasing ripe peach and mango chords, with an almond-marzipan finish. A soft wine with pleasant body and just a touch of residual sugar for balance.
