The 1996 vintage is the second release of our Bordeaux Blend.
This wine is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot & 10% Cabernet Franc. The Cabernet Sauvignon with strong black current fruit, firm tannin and good ageing potential, the Merlot with its soft supple fruit and the Cabernet Sauvignon with its strong structure and spiciness, together form this wine. The wine shows a slight mintiness on the palate.
