Spier Organically Grown Sauvignon Blanc 2010

A quintessentially Spier wine, this Sauvignon Blanc is made from organically grown grapes.

They are grown in harmony with the environment, without the use of chemicals, so no synthetic fertilizers, pesticide sprays or herbicides. This wine dares to be different but delivers on the high standards people have come to expect from us.

Appearance: Beautifully clear with a distinctive green tinge.
Flavours: Green tropical fruit, lemongrass and lime flavors on the nose.
The palate rewards with fresh crisp fruit flavors, along with a mineral curator.

Enjoy with a seafood platter especially oysters.
