in the vineyard : Nudged by the Bot River lagoon with vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, the five traditional Bordeaux varieties in the blend benefits from the diurnal range that aids even ripening and complexity. These conditions, along with meticulous canopy management, encourage the development of delicate fruit notes, fine tannin structures and bright acidities. Tapping into the diversity of slopes, soil types, row direction, cultivars and clones, the potential of these vineyards are set up to become a perfect snapshot of a vintage.

in the cellar : Bunches were hand-picked at phenolic ripeness in the cool of the morning and berry sorted. Varietals and vineyard blocks were vinified and matured
separately to insure that each component reach its optimal potential. Each component was tasted individually and only the best was selected to make a blend that showcases the unique attributes of each cultivar.
