Delicate violet, raspberry and red plum on the nose. Some notes of scrub, with a hint of hops. A light to medium style with a lovely finish.

Enjoy as an aperitif and conversation starter. In autumn and winter enjoy with bangers and mash. In spring or summer serve chilled with pizza topped with Parma ham, rocket and buffalo mozzarella or a classic caponata.

in the vineyard : The Grenache noir vineyard is called Gesamelike Wei (communal pasture) because it was originally used For grazing by nomadic trek Farmers. The current vineyard was planted in 2016.
