Attractive shell-pink blend, made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The specially selected grapes were picked early March and cold fermented to ensure a crisp, fresh finish. Delicious flavours of red cherries and strawberries with a balanced sweetness and a lively acidity. A great suggestion for al fresco dining to be served well chilled.

about the harvest: The grapes were picked at 22Âº Balling, yield 6 tons per hectare.

in the cellar : Fermented at 12 - 13ÂºC in stainless steel.
