in the vineyard : Canopy management, soil moisture control and selection are the name of the game at Lynx Wines.
- Lynx Wines introduced the flexible Deltex foliage wire to South Africa, resulting in the perfect VSP (vertical shoot position) canopy.
- Daily moisture readings are computer logged. This is supplemented by pre dawn pressure bomb readings at critical periods.
- The farm produces 90 Tonnes, of which Lynx Wines carefully selects 15% for own vinification.
