Colour: Mid straw-yellow with a faint shimmer of green.
Nose: Hints of tropical fruit with fresh cut grass and nuances of capsicum.
Palate: Refreshing acidity with a lingering medley of tropical fruit and grassiness.

This wine is great with any white fish, chicken with a light sauce and a favourite is calamari.

about the harvest: The grapes are from selected vineyards throughout the valley. This enables the winemaker to produce wine with exceptional flavours and drinkability.

in the cellar : No skin contact. Yeast strains were selected to enhance a full flavour. Cold fermentation with temperatures not exceeding 15Â°C was used to capture as much of the good fruity flavours and aromas as possible.
