Light yellow in colour with a slight greenish tint, the nose reveals faint chenin with a hint of honey and tropical fruits. The wine is crisp, clean and well balanced on the palate.
Great with most saltwater fishes (elf, sardines, snoek), enhances crab & mussels; good with light dishes, poultry, fish curry; or on its own as a summer aperitif. Serve well chilled.
