Du Toitskloof Blanc de Noir 2003

After the crush, the husks of the red grapes were left in contact with the juice for a brief period; long enough only to obtain the vibrant, copper colour that marks a splendid Blanc de Noir. This Blanc de Noir is made from Cinsaut. The delicate, fruity flavours are carried through to the palate and the wine is well-rounded and ready for early drinking.
