Light straw yellow colour with ripe apricot and quince on the nose. The palate is well balanced and full with marmalade flavours and a crisp acidity.

about the harvest: Because of the warm dry summer we experienced in 2004, the incidence of Botrytis was very low. Although harvested at similar sugar levels than in the past, the resulting wine showed very little ofthe typical “noble rot” character and was therefore re-classified as “sweet natural.” The grapes were harvested on 18 May 2004 at 30.5º Balling.
