in the vineyard : Climate: Mediterranean – Moderate summers and cold wet winters. The average rainfall is approximately 600 - 700 mm per year.
Soil: Deep red, well-drained soils – Hutton and Clovelly.

about the harvest: Selected grapes were harvested at 23 ° Balling.

in the cellar : Fermented on the skins until dry. After malolactic fermentation took place, the wine was matured in 300 litre French oak barrels for 14 months. Then blended, fined, stabilised and bottled.
