in the vineyard : Fantastic red wine vintage. High temperatures during January and February with moderate temperatures in March. This block is well balanced and has yet to reach its full potential. Vine density 4500 vines per hectare.

in the cellar : Only the best quality grapes were selected and picked at optimum tannin ripeness. Grapes where gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Pump over method was used six times daily to ensure maximum extraction. After fermentation, the wine was matured for nine months in 225-litre third fill French and 4% American oak barrels.
