Yield: Merlot: 6 ton/ha

about the harvest: The grapes were harvested at 24Â° Balling.

in the cellar : Fermented dry on skins.
Wood contact: 14 months in medium toasted. French oak (30% new, 70% second fill) at controlled temperature (16-18Â°C). Wine racked twice during matuaration period.
