This Rosé is a vibrant fruity wine with a lively pink hue and aromas of red berry fruit reminiscent of strawberries and raspberries. On the palate it has a fresh crisp mouthfeel with an elegant finish.

in the vineyard : A trellised 7 year old vineyard with north/south row direction on deep well drained red clay/lime soil.

about the harvest: The grapes were harvested by hand.

in the cellar : Destemmed and left to cold macerate on the skins for 24 hours in stainless steel tanks at 12Cº. After maceration the grapes were pressed and fermented cool at 13-15Cº to ensure a fresh primary fruit bouquet and light pink colour.
