about the harvest: Grapes are handpicked. Cabernet Sauvignon beginning to mid March & Shiraz – Late February to early March.

in the cellar : Selected the healthiest grapes. Fermented in tanks until dry. The wine racked, the skins are pressed and malo-lactic fermentation is completed.
