Dave Hughes – Internationally Acclaimed Wine Writer :
Turkish delight-like nose mingles with honeysuckle and jasmine. Added complexity from some botrytis. Slow flow across the palate with tropical fruit salad in the mouth. Rich and full mouth feel with luscious, yet balanced finish with enough zesty acid to make whole mouth appear smooth and rounded rather than particularly sweet. Delicious.

ageing : Excellent now, enjoy in next three to four years.

in the vineyard : Age of vineyards planted: 15 years
Yield: 10 tons per hectare

about the harvest: The grapes were harvested at 27º Balling. Grapes were brought in during early hours while the grapes were still cold.

in the cellar : The wine had 24-hour skin contact. Fermentation was stopped three quarters through the process by means of cooling. The wine was then filtered and bottled.
