Although there are people who mention guava aromas, I myself register a flowery bouquet with a dash of tropical fruit such as kiwi. As with most of our wines a hint of honey is always there.

in the cellar : A bend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Sauvignon Blanc. Totally different, this dry Colombar has an earthy character and hints of guava and citrus undertones. It is a very complex wine - light, dry fruity, yet crisp. A light style of wine, made to drink easily with or without food. The label of the wine shows the family crest (a bee-hive with bees) in a more artistic way, as well as the bird sanctuary and the cattle on the farm.
