It is a blend of Colombar and Sauvignon Blanc. Because the wine is so soft on the palate it goes well with food and will not dominate your palate. The label tells of the lovely gardens that are often used for wedding functions and the water feature is a resemblance to those happy occasions. The bird with its first little egg in the nest depicts that this blend was Elzabé's début.
