in the cellar : When Elzabé made her début in the wine industry, it was with this blend. This wine has an earthy nose which reminds one of decaying leaves in the garden. It is a blend of Colombar and Sauvignon Blanc. Because the wine is so soft on the palate it goes well with food and will not dominate your palate. The label tells of the lovely gardens that are often used for wedding functions and the water feature is a resemblance to those happy occasions. The bird with its first little egg in the nest depicts that this blend was Elzabé's début.
