Harvested between 9 February and 11 February 2004 at 23.4° Balling.

in the cellar : 100% fermented and matured in small French oak barrels. "Sur lie". 35% of the wine went through malolactic fermentation. Blended and bottled in January 2005 after 10½ months maturation.
