Robertson Winery Natural Dry Light

Easy drinking light wine with tropical fruit tones which is fresh and not too dry. Robertson Natural Dry Light wine is made in its very own unique way. This process leads to wine packed with natural flavours that is low in alcohol and very quaffable. Serve well chilled 8 - 10°C .

about the harvest: The grapes were harvested at an early stage to ensure low alcohol.
in the cellar : The wine is made from the Colombard and Chenin Blanc grape. Juice was left on the skins for a short while to extract flavour. Fermentation was stopped before the wine fermented dry and centrifuged and chilled to stabilize it.
